The corporate leadership experience of Elaine Eaton, in the capacity of President, ranges from small entrepreneurial businesses to the Canadian operations of a publicly owned multi-national. Elaine has more than 25 years experience in strategic planning, business development and the implementation of market and product initiatives. She has created brand strategies and marketing plans for businesses trading in the consumer goods and services industries. Elaine is a Certified International Trade Professional with a Masters in Business Administration degree, and a Certificate in Adult Education. She has national and international experience in marketing strategy and implementation, including: sales, product management, project management, and business development. Elaine has implemented her market entry strategies in the United States, South America, the United Kingdom and several European Union countries.
Ms. Edelstein has extensive experience working with a wide array of international companies. She has worked with several industries such as: medical, education and plastics. She has a background in sales, marketing, logistics management and purchasing, having worked for thirteen years for a major operating room. She has a varied international background, having lived and worked for eight years in the Middle East, as well as nine years in England. At present she has formed her own company Tinmore International Distributors, focusing on selling medical equipment to the Middle East. She has a Diploma in Arts and Science, she holds Professional Sales Certification and in 2005 she received her CITP designation. She is fluent in English, and conversant in Hebrew, with a basic knowledge of French.
