How to Order FITTskills eBooks and Paper-Based Textbooks

FITT’s Educational Partners may purchase FITTskills international business eBooks and paper-based textbooks through our online order site. A User ID and Password is required to access the site. How to Order Going Global Participant Guides

Going Global eBooks and paper-based participant guides can be purchased using our online order site and your User ID and Password. Each Going Global participant guide costs $39 for paper-based and $25 for eBook format.

FITTskills Textbook Returns

Our Educational Partners may return FITTskills paper-based textbooks for credit, provided approval is requested within 90 days of the date on the original purchase invoice. Textbooks accepted for return must be in their original packaging, clean and undamaged. FITTskills eBooks cannot be returned.

Please complete the form below before returning textbooks to FITT. Upon approval, you’ll be informed of where to send your return shipment. To avoid delays, please complete all the fields in the form and email your completed form to joan@fitt.ca.

How to Order FITTskills eBooks

You can order our FITTskills international business eBooks quickly and easily with our online order form. Just fill out the form and submit it and you’ll receive your confirmation email immediately. FITTskills eBooks cost $60 each, or you can purchase an eKit with the complete set of FITTskills eBooks for $250. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and sent to your email account. No refunds on eBooks.

Please send an email to info@fitt.ca with your name, shipping address, telephone number, the title of the textbook(s) you’d like to order and the quantity. We’ll reply to confirm your order and complete the payment process. FITTskills paper-based textbooks can be purchased using prepayment by credit card. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. If you are not a FITT member, please consider applying today to receive member pricing.

How to Order Going Global eBook and Hardcopy Participant Guides

Please send an email to info@fitt.ca with your name, shipping address, telephone number, the title of the guide(s) you’d like to order and the quantity. We’ll reply to confirm your order and complete the payment process. Going Global eBooks and paper-based participant guides can be purchased using prepayment by credit card. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Going Global participant guides cost $39 each for FITT members and $49 each for non-members. These prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping & handling.

Discounts for orders with a quantity greater than 300 are available. For further information please contact info@fitt.ca. Please note that orders receiving a discount are not eligible for returns.
